📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor food and beverage sales, and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent quality of ingredients and supplies.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Assist in special events and promotions, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the desired outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
• Proficient in using restaurant management software such as Micros, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
