📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of baristas, ensuring high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies and maintaining equipment.
• Train and develop new baristas to uphold our high standards of coffee quality and service.
• Monitor sales and customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings and service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as coffee industry standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.
• Represent Zaviyar Coffee at local events and coffee fairs to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Certification in coffee brewing and espresso techniques (e.g., SCA, Barista Academy, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and brewing methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
