📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of F&B construction projects.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and report to senior management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.,Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.,Handle client communications and ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.,Proficient in using project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is a plus.
