With a strong command of Mandarin, you will also facilitate communication with our suppliers and partners in China.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to production schedules
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate communication with suppliers and partners in China using Mandarin
- Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly
- Develop and maintain operational reports for management review
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
