As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network configuration, and providing technical assistance to end-users. You will work closely with our IT team to maintain and optimize our network infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-line IT support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal operations.
- Assist users with technical problems, offering guidance and solutions to enhance their productivity.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and preventive measures for future reference.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and support new technologies and systems.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, and provide training to end-users as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and network operations.
- Proven experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
