📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Oversee cash handling and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and security.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online shoppers.,Handle store maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.,Monitor store sales and performance, providing regular reports to management.,Assist in training and supervising store staff to ensure high standards of service.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Handle any store emergencies or incidents to ensure the safety of customers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store administration role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.,Proficient in using computer software for inventory and sales tracking.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
