📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage lithography process development projects from concept to production.,Conduct research and experiments to optimize lithography processes for semiconductor, PCB, and substrate manufacturing.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process integration and alignment with product development goals.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lithography processes.,Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in lithography technology and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in lithography process engineering, with a focus on semiconductor, PCB, or substrate manufacturing.,Strong understanding of lithography processes, including photolithography, electron beam lithography, and nanoimprint lithography.,Proficiency in process control, statistical process control (SPC), and Six Sigma methodologies.,Experience with lithography process simulation and modeling tools.,Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
