📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity in integrated livestock farming.,Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven approaches.,Develop and implement process improvement strategies and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.,Monitor and report on the performance of process improvement initiatives.,Provide training and support to team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process improvement and integrated livestock farming.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, with a strong background in integrated livestock farming preferred.,Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement projects.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
