In this role, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Oversee HR policies and procedures.,Represent the company in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
