Coherent, a global leader in lasers and engineered materials, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Counsel for our Corporate Compliance team in Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the compliance and ethical governance of our organization. As a Senior Counsel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Coherent adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide legal advice and guidance to the Corporate Compliance team and other departments on compliance-related matters.,Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and mitigate risks.,Monitor and report on compliance-related issues, including violations, near-misses, and trends.,Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.,Collaborate with external legal and consulting firms to address complex compliance issues.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.,Represent Coherent in legal proceedings and negotiations related to compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate compliance, with a focus on legal and regulatory matters.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent legal and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.,Experience in managing and leading a team of compliance professionals.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multinational or global organization is a plus.
