📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety and health programs to protect employees and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on safety and health procedures and best practices.,Investigate and report on accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences.,Maintain and update safety and health documentation and records.,Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure the effective implementation of safety and health initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in occupational health and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
