📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Inspect and maintain building equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of building facilities to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment logs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems maintenance.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Valid certification in building maintenance or a related field.
