📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend systems and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.,Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of backend systems.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.,Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong background in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.,Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.,Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.,Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
