📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement hygiene and safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Monitor and report on hygiene and safety performance metrics.
• Investigate and address any health and safety incidents or near-misses.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on hygiene and safety best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of hygiene and safety measures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all hygiene and safety-related activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hygiene and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local and international hygiene and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
