As a Store Operator, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our retail business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist in stock management, including inventory tracking and reordering.,Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
