Global Manufacturing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our hybrid restaurant operations in Padang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Prepare and present financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work both in the office and at the restaurant location.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
