📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth running of the area,Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs),Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders,Participate in company initiatives and projects as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS and other management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
