📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable and timely delivery of components.
• Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to diversify our procurement strategy.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and company standards.
• Analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand component requirements and provide procurement solutions.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to maintain high standards.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in electronics procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, particularly in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic components and manufacturing processes is a strong advantage.
