📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production section, ensuring efficient and effective operations.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet company goals and customer demands.,Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.,Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high standards of production.,Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.,Proven track record of leading and managing production teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.,Experience with ERP or MES systems is a plus.
