📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with palm oil mills across Bali.
• Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term supply chain partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and distribution processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role within the agricultural sector.
• Strong understanding of the palm oil industry and its supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software such as AgriSupply or similar tools.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet with partners and attend industry events.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships.
