Crown Shop Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team in Baturaja. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and a strong understanding of educational principles and practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Identify training needs and develop training plans to address those needs.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure that learning and development initiatives are aligned with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee development progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training and development, or a related field.,Strong understanding of educational principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
