📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Overseeing staff performance, training, and development to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Driving sales growth and revenue targets through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Managing inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Developing and implementing branch-specific strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Providing regular reports to senior management on branch performance and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the bakso or food industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing branch operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
