📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and lead the banquet team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, staffing, and logistics.

Ensure all banquet events are executed smoothly and according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Supervise and train banquet staff to maintain high standards of service.

Monitor inventory and ensure all banquet supplies are available and well-maintained.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to banquet services.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.

Maintain accurate records of banquet events and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet management or related roles.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with event planning and logistics.

Knowledge of food and beverage services is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
