📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a menu that reflects the restaurant's culinary vision and meets customer expectations.,Supervise and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Source and purchase high-quality ingredients to maintain consistency and excellence in our dishes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies.,Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve the restaurant's offerings.,Manage inventory and budget to optimize costs and profitability.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of chefs.,Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international culinary trends.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Experience in managing a busy kitchen and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
