📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of fire safety protocols and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of all properties under management.
- Train staff and tenants on fire safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Ensure compliance with national and local fire safety regulations.
- Coordinate with local fire departments and emergency services for emergency preparedness.
- Develop and maintain fire safety manuals and documentation.
- Monitor and report on fire safety incidents and near-misses.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate fire safety features into new developments.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Fire Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire safety management in the real estate or property management industry.
- Certification in Fire Safety Management System (FSMS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of national and local fire safety regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
