📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
