📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Support the Finance Manager in managing the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and ensure timely deposit of funds.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of financial projections and budgets for various departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
